Pinot Noir is at the heart of Foxes Island. French for fox, Le Renard, is an icon Pinot Noir only produced in exceptional years. The best vines are hand tended and the selected fruit is gently handled and naturally vinified by indigneous yeasts. Matured in small French oak barrels. Once bottled the wine is allowed to age in the cellars to develop further complexity on release.
